1 General Information & Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Vajivip platform and all its services. By accessing Vajivip.win, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have agreed to abide by these Terms.

• Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.

Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the exact moment a bet is placed will be considered final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Vajivip:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Hacking, phishing, or exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Registering or completing KYC with false information.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Employing coordinated betting strategies against the platform.

9 Account suspension & closure

Vajivip may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud.
• Owning multiple accounts.
• Identification as an underage user.

You can also request an account closure or temporary suspension at any time through support. Your balance will be protected in the case of a voluntary suspension.

10 Responsible Gaming
